Citizen Advisory Committee

The Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) is an important part of VLAWMO's planning and decision making. Volunteering consists of 3 annual meetings, email correspondence, and other optional ways to gather insight from the community (surveys, outreach, etc.). Examples of what CAC members think about and provide feedback on include:

  • Which projects are valuable to you and your community, and how do you prioritize the various goals of the watershed?
  • What comments do you have when reviewing VLAWMO's meeting agendas and minutes?
  • How can VLAWMO's outreach be more effective, and what would you do differently?
  • What local networks, organizations, and community groups do you know of that VLAWMO could work with?

Click here for the CAC description and application.

Submissions are requested by December 21st, 2018. Drop off application directly at Vadnais Heights City Hall to speak with staff, or email it to us here
