Community Blue uses partnerships to promote stewardship and education on local water resources. Funding is renewed annually with a total pool of $5,000. Applications are reviewed for approval on an ongoing basis - at the soonest monthly Technical Commission (TEC) meeting from when an application is submitted. Applications must be submitted 3 days before the first Friday of the month to be included in that month's TEC meeting. TEC meetings occur on the second Friday of the month, with the meeting packet sent out 1 week prior.
