Join VLAWMO and the Minnesota Water Stewards for a up-close look at some spotlight raingardens and native plantings. This tour will take place at three nearby properties, consisting of: 

• A shared raingarden between two neighboring properties
• A raingarden designed to receive basement sump pump output
• A backyard prairie
• Several small raingardens and native plantings
• Alternative gramma grass (side oats) turf 
• Alternative lo-mow fescue turf
• Small features such as rainbarrels
