VLAWMO was pleased to partner with the White Bear Lake Rotary Club on two complimentary efforts in May, 2023. First, VLAWMO Administrator Phil Belfiori presented to at the monthly Rotary Club meeting on May 24th. Second, staff from VLAWMO and the City of White Bear Lake teamed up with the Rotary in a multi-day education program with Birch Lake Elementary.
