Lawns to Legumes
The Lawns to Legumes program offers workshops, coaching, planting guides, and grant funding for pollinator-friendly native plantings. This program is a partnership between the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR), Metro Blooms, and Blue Thumb - Planting for Clean Water.
VLAWMO watershed residents can apply for a Lawns to Legumes grant in tandem with a VLAWMO grant or separately.
The Lawns to Legumes program offers workshops, coaching, planting guides and grant funding for pollinator-friendly native plantings. This program is a partnership between the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR), Metro Blooms, and Blue Thumb - Planting for Clean Water. As a Blue Thumb partner organization, VLAWMO is part of a network of clean water and native plant stewards creating change by bridging the gap between knowledge and action, offering resources and programs to Minnesotans.
